Video: Oh, look (back)! 2018!

2018 war busy für uns – so neben den 1.000 gesegelten Seemeilen meinen wir.
Jetzt könnte man sagen, dass jedes Jahr busy für uns war – aber 2018 war besonders.
Es gibt zwar auch Dinge, die wir nicht gemacht haben: Schnorcheln und SUPen zum Beispiel. Jammern würden wir deshalb nicht, schließlich ist unser Terminplan ja selbstgemacht. Wir wollen aber für’s nächste Jahr auch mal Pausen einbauen, in denen wir etwas Zeit für die Dinge finden, für die wir eigentlich umgezogen sind.
Was wir denn nun gemacht haben? Neben unserem Job als Unternehmer, also dem Tagesgeschäft, haben wir uns um die Sichtbarkeit von Vast Forward gekümmert, denn „Marketing“ im herkömmlichen Sinn machen wir nicht, wir sprechen darüber wie wir arbeiten, nicht darüber, was wir produzieren. Das war spannend und intensiv und wir haben wieder mal viel dazu gelernt. Und ja, es hat auch wahnsinnig viel Spaß gemacht. Ohne viel drumherum zu reden, hier die Liste aus 2018. Für 2019 gibt’s auch schon Termine für Bühnenpräsenzen, Konferenz-Talks und -Panels – wir berichten dann entsprechend über die „synchronen“ Kanäle!

2018 was a quite busy year, besides the 1,000 sailed nautical miles we sailed, though.
One could state that every year is busy for us – yes, but 2018 was special.
There are things we did not find the time for: snorkeling and using SUP for example was just for our guests. No, we don’t complain – our schedule is home-spun.
But we try hard to fit in some breaks in 2019, some pause in which we find time for the things we have moved on the boat for.
So, what was so time consuming in 2018? In addition to our job, ourthe daily business, we have taken care of visibility of Vast Forward, because we don’t „market“ our small organisation in the traditional sense.
We rather talk about how we work, not about what we produce.
It was exciting and intense and we learned a lot again. And yes, it was also a lot of fun! Without further ado, here is our 2018 list. For 2019 there are already dates for stage presence popping up in our schedules, conference talks and panels, but we will report accordingly in our „synchronous“ channels!
